Perhaps you’ve been trying to stop smoking, or reduce your weight, and have made some progress only to fall back to old unhealthy habits. This is often because we are holding on to old beliefs which are no longer in alignment with where we want to be in our lives today.
My ‘change work’ sessions help to update the powerful subconscious mind by releasing old thinking patterns and suggesting more beneficial ways to manage, thereby helping clients achieve their goals.
